RELEASE FORMS
Please complete the digital release forms below, download and email to camps@monicaros.org . All forms must be completed and returned prior to the first day of camp.
Please complete the parent consent for administration of medications and medication chart below only if your child has a health condition or requires medication, such as an EpiPen, inhaler, etc. for their safety and well-being.
PRICING
$425 for first camper
$85 a day
If you would like to schedule individual days please email camps@monicaros.org. Individual days will open the week before camp starts and will be available if there is room.
