Check In/Check Out Procedures

We have tablets available at the main entrance for parents and caregivers to digitally check children in and out each day.
You will use your Brightwheel parent code to identify who is picking up. Forgot your code? Check your Brightwheel app! Tap the 3 lines at the top left corner and go to edit profile. Your code will located here.

• Preschool Check-In & Check-Out: All preschool parents are required to check their child in and out of Brightwheel each day. iPads will be available at the front gate for morning check-in. At the end of the day, teachers will have iPads available for afternoon check-out. Please remember to complete both steps each day. Staff will be available to assist families and answer any questions as you get familiar with the process!

• Grade School Check-In & Check-Out: All grade school parents are required to check their child in on Brightwheel each day. iPads will be available at the front gate for morning check-in. Teachers will check students out at the end of the school day. If your child stays for Stay & Play, a parent or guardian must check them out of Brightwheel at pickup. Staff will be available to assist families and answer any questions as you get familiar with the process!
