Tuition Assistance

HOW IT WORKS
We strive to be financially accessible to families from a wide range of backgrounds in order to better reflect the make up of our Ojai Valley. Approximately 25% of our students receive a financial assistance grant.

Any family may apply, and new applications are due for each school year. Tuition assistance is awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need.

Families may apply through the FACTS portal where they will be asked to provide information as well as a a Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) and a copy of their most recent federal tax return including all schedules and W-2s. FACTS will charge a $40 fee for processing the application.

Families receiving financial aid may also qualify for reduced fees for student support services and counseling.

IMPORTANT DATES
The general timeline for applying for financial assistance for prospective families is:

  • February 28: Prospective student deadline for completing and submitting required documentation

  • March 15: Tuition assistance award notifications are sent out via mail
